Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Northern Ireland, via courier for traceability. Postage rates shown are for parcels shipped to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or UK addresses. Unfortunately, at present we are unable to ship to other destinations.

Shipping Rates
For orders up to €50: €8.50
For orders up to €100: €12.50
For orders up to €150: €16.00
For orders over €150: Free

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.

Returns
Returns must be sent to us postage paid; we suggest you send your return via registered post or courier to ensure delivery.

If you need to return a product, you may do so within 28 days of purchase provided that it is in saleable condition, please send it to:
